Got plans to stay at a luxe Hyatt property later this year? Or head down south of the border to escape the cold? A handful of Hyatt Amex offers could help you save on your hotel stays.
American Express is currently out with several of money-saving Amex offers for select hotel stays at Park Hyatt, Thompson, and Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) properties around the globe – all part of Hyatt's ever-growing portfolio. A fourth offer could save you up to $100 at many Hyatt properties throughout Latin America.
If you haven't used Amex Offers before, think of them as digital coupons exclusively for Amex cardholders for purchases like airfare or hotels as well as dining, entertainment, or everyday shopping. Add one of these to your Amex card, use that card to book an eligible Hilton stay, and Amex will give you money right back for the discount within a few days as a statement credit on your account.
Like all Amex Offers, these are targeted – they may not be available to all cardholders. Fortunately, it seems like most *amex platinum card* and *amex gold card* are targeted – as well as some co-branded Delta and Hilton Honors American Express cards, too.
Just log in to your American Express Account and see if you can add it to your American Express card. If it's there, simply add it and then use that Amex card to book a qualifying stay before the deadline. One note: You'll typically need to complete your stay before that date – not just book beforehand, as nonrefundable room rates are excluded.

Save $150 on Park Hyatt Stays
Park Hyatt properties are the best of the best in Hyatt's hotel portfolio … so go figure they're typically the most expensive. This Amex Offer can take the sting out of it.
Spend $750 or more at a Park Hyatt hotel in the Americas, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Oceania, and Africa and you'll get $150 back as a statement credit. That's up to 20% off a luxury hotel stay.
This particular Amex Offer is valid for stays through Dec. 15, 2023.
Save $60 at Thompson Hotels
There's also a new Amex Offer for stays at another Hyatt luxury brand: Thompson Hotels.
With this offer, you'll need to spend $300, and you'll get $60 right back so long as you do so by Dec. 15, 2023. There are Thompson locations in New York City, Washington, D.C., Austin, Savannah, San Diego, throughout Mexico, and even over in Spain.
The offer is good for Thompson Hotel stays in the U.S., Mexico, and Spain … so, all of them.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World Amex Offer
Small Luxury Hotels of the World is another luxury brand within the Hyatt Hotels portfolio with locations all over the world. And with this new Amex Offer, you can spend $300 and get $100 right back – up to a 33% savings.
The offer is good for Small Luxury Hotels of the World stays in the Americas, Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. You must use it by Dec. 31, 2023.
Save at Hyatts Throughout Latin America
From Mexico all the way down to Chile and Argentina, the newest Hyatt Amex Offer could save you on your trip to Latin America later this year or early next.
Spend $400 at select Hyatt properties throughout the region, and you'll get $100 right back. Check out the full list of eligible Hyatt properties where this new offer will work.
This Amex offer is valid all the way through Jan. 31, 2024.
Where to Find Amex Offers
If you haven’t used Amex Offers before, simply log into your American Express account and scroll down near the bottom of the screen and there should be a box called Amex Offers & Benefits. It's available through the Amex mobile app as well.
If you see an offer you like, simply add the offer to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card. You should receive a statement credit for the offer within a few days of making a purchase.
